You've outsourced the strategy, the marketing, the answers. Somewhere in there, you outsourced the vision too.

INsource is a 12-week private engagement for six and seven figure female founders. Four spaces. Beginning August.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Everything's working. Something's off.

You've invested in the right strategies and the right people. The coaches were good. The hires were sound. Most of it did what it promised.

And still — somewhere between the launches and the offers and everyone's excellent advice, something started to feel less like yours.

You know how to market. You have the strategy. What you've lost is the thread back to your own vision — and no new funnel, hire, or framework is going to hand it back to you.

This isn't a strategy gap or a mindset gap. It's an authorship problem: somewhere along the way, you stopped being the author of the business and became the operator of everyone else's ideas about what it should be.

THE DIAGNOSTIC

Named, because hidden methods read as hidden for a reason.

The diagnostic tool I use is Human Design. If you've come across it before — maybe even had a reading — this is not that. A reading tells you about yourself. My work maps how you're built to operate directly onto the business you've actually built: your offers, your team, your calendar, your decisions.

You're not here for a reading. You're here for what it reveals about the business.

And to be clear about what happens in the room: I don't ask you what you think the answer is. I tell you what I see. You decide what to do with it. That's the difference between what I do and coaching — and if you've been burned by coaching before, it's the difference that matters.

I've built a multi-six-figure marketing agency and co-built a seven-figure Human Design certification business — so I've operated at the level you're at, and the one you're building toward.

 WHAT HAPPENS

STEP 1: THE DIAGNOSTIC

We open with a two-hour private session. You leave it with two things in writing: your Talent Blueprint — a comprehensive map of how you're built to operate — and my Advisory Brief: two to three pages of what I see in it, what matters most, and exactly what the next twelve weeks need to deliver for you. The Blueprint is the data. The Brief is the diagnosis.

STEP 2: THE AUDIT

Everything you've built gets laid against that map — offers, team, model, calendar. What's aligned stays. What's working against how you're built to operate gets named. Most people have never looked at their business this way. It shifts what you're willing to keep doing.

STEP 3: THE DECISIONS

You decide what stays, what goes, and what gets built next. Your call, made with accurate information — not mine, not your last coach's. No prescription and no single right answer. Just a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change.

STEP 4: THE REBUILD

Across five private sessions held every two weeks, you rebuild around those decisions. I'm on WhatsApp between sessions while things are in motion — not for accountability, but because something real is being restructured and you shouldn't be doing it alone between calls.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE WHEN IT WORKS

Rachel ran a six-figure client services business, and every few months she nearly ended it. Every client request turned into a new offer she felt obligated to build, until she was delivering six different things, drowning in all of them, and stuck in a loop: push through, or shut it all down. She'd tried fixing it with strategy. The loop kept coming back.

Then we put her chart against her business, and the problem finally had a shape. Rachel is a Manifesting Generator — the multi-passionate type, built for variety, drained by repetition. Her constant urge to pivot was never a focus problem. It was her design asking for variety — and her business was built to give her none of the right kind.

So she didn't shut anything down, and she didn't push through. She restructured: high-level clients under her oversight, two hires on day-to-day delivery, and a teaching arm that gave her design the variety it had been demanding all along.

Revenue nearly doubled. Her hours didn't.

I know the sequence from the inside. Years ago I closed a profitable marketing agency — not because it was failing, but because my own chart showed me why it felt the way it did. It was an excellent execution of a business that was never built for how I operate. Seeing that on paper made walking away rational instead of reckless.
