This is where we go deeply into the area of the Freedom Led Founder™ model that will create the greatest shift for you now.

But this isn't simply a report to read and forget about. We will interpret it through the practical reality of leading your business.
How do you make your best decisions? How should you use your energy? How do you communicate? Where do you naturally lead well? Where are your predictable blind spots? How should your business be structured around the way you actually operate?

Six weeks of private implementation
After the immersion, we move into six weeks of private implementation support.
Because insight without implementation doesn't change your business.
Over six weeks, we work together as the decisions, conversations, boundaries, systems and leadership changes move from theory into your actual business and life. The six weeks are intentionally short and focused, rather than an open-ended coaching commitment.
You will also have private between-session access for accountability, implementation support and important decisions as they arise.
The expectation is that you are willing to commit approximately 2 to 3 hours per week to the work.
